When you need a real trial lawyer
Attorney John Hadden is a trial lawyer, not just a settlement lawyer. Although most cases resolve prior to trial, you need a lawyer who knows how to try a case and prepares the case from the beginning with trial in mind. John's extensive knowledge of the law, as reflected in multiple published books, as well as his articles and dozens of seminar speaking engagements, earns him the respect of judges and opposing counsel.
Our history and leadership
After spending his early career representing local and national corporations and insurance companies as an insurance defense lawyer, Hadden Law Firm founder John Hadden decided that he wanted to devote the rest of his career to helping victims of the negligence and wrongdoing of others. His experience as a civil defense lawyer allowed him to understand the approaches and tactics of defendants and defense lawyers, which gives him the knowledge to maximize his success. Today, John is the author of three books on Georgia law as well numerous articles on personal injury law. He has also served in numerous positions within the Georgia legal community, including leadership roles with the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Atlanta Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Atlanta Bar Association, and was a member of the State Bar of Georgia's Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy in 2011.
Recognition
Attorney Hadden has been recognized by Atlanta Magazine in its annual “SuperLawyers” issue every year since 2011. He was also named one of the Fulton County Daily Report's “Top 40 Under 40” in 2015, and has been named as one of Georgia's “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend Magazine in the areas of Personal Injury, Appeals, and General Practice. John also holds the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethics from Martindale-Hubbell (“AV-rating”) and the highest rating, 10.0, from Avvo.com. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, limited to attorneys who have recovered $2 million or more in a single case.
