State Bar of Georgia president Kenneth Hodges recently appointed attorney John Hadden to the ICLE Transition and Integration committee. This committee will discuss the transition of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia into the State Bar of Georgia. The ICLE provides continuing legal education for lawyers around the state, and State Bar rules require attorneys to complete at least 12 hours of CLE training each year. Hodges wrote that "Individuals like you, who offer their time and experience to the legal profession, make it possible for the State Bar of Georgia to accomplish all of its important work." John is a frequent speaker at ICLE and other continuing legal education seminars, and has served as the chair of numerous seminars.
John's previous experience with the State Bar includes two terms as chair of the Litigation Committee of the Young Lawyers Division, and graduating from the State Bar's Leadership Academy as a member of the class of 2011.
