Today, John Hadden, along with co-chair Chris Abrego, chaired the 2018 Trial & Error seminar sponsored by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Georgia, a division of the State Bar of Georgia. This seminar, which has been held annually for the past ten years, focuses on civil trial practice and features prominent Georgia attorneys and judges speaking on a variety of topics. Many of the speakers focus on Georgia personal injury and wrongful death litigation and have recovered millions of dollars on behalf of their clients at trial. This year's agenda included presentations on federal and state courts, depositions and discovery, ethics and professionalism, preparation for trial, and appellate practice, as well as a judicial panel moderated by John Hadden and featuring State and Superior Court judges, and an overview of proposed laws currently moving through the Georgia General Assembly.

"Working with John was my first experience with the legal system. John explained everything thoroughly to me and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each potential decision. He was readily available whenever I had a question or a concern about my case. I would highly recommend John to anyone in need of legal representation. He is professional yet still very down to earth.”
