John Hadden speaks at Continuing Legal Education Seminar on depositions

Yesterday, John Hadden was a program chair and speaker for the seminar "How to Take More Effective Depositions" seminar at the University of Georgia School of Law, sponsored by the Atlanta and Athens Trial Lawyers Association. The program featured some of the most experienced lawyers in Georgia discussing deposition techniques and rules for maximizing the effectiveness of depositions in civil cases. John spoke on deposition rules, preservation of error, and ethics, and was joined by Athens Superior Court Judge Lawton Stephens, who provided a judge's point of view of depositions in court.
